Former SHS student (would be in the senior class), Trey Cox, was in an automobile accident and has an extensive hospital stay ahead of him. There will be a benefit for him at the Scranton City Park this Saturday.

Scranton High School was one of four schools in Arkansas named a Wise Blue Star School for 2018-2019. To earn this award, a school must achieve 80% passing rate on the Financial Literacy Certification Test and have either a majority of students on a given grade level take the test or achieve a minimum average score of 85%. Congratulations to Mrs. Judy Martin and the 10-12 grade students in last years Financial Literacy class on a job well done!
