Students in grades 7-12 that will participate in ANY SPORT in 2025-2026 school year (basketball, baseball, softball, cheer, track, cross country, golf) MUST have a physical completed and uploaded into the students Dragonfly account before the athlete will be allowed to participate in athletics. All Dragonfly requirements MUST also be completed 100% or student will NOT be allowed to participate until all requirements in Dragonfly have been met. THIS MUST BE DONE BY AUGUST 1, 2025. Incoming 7th graders must have these prior to any summer practices can be attended.
Students may get athletic physicals done by August 1. Students must have an updated physical and all info updated in Dragonfly to participate in practices and camps. Physicals CANNOT be more than a year old. Check your Dragonfly account to see when yours expires!
Students may get a FREE physical at River Valley Primary Care in Clarksville (May 27 through August 1) or opt to go to your own doctor at your own expense.

ALL athletes must fill out physical form (and additional paperwork for River Valley Primary Care if choose free option) and take the forms to the physical with them. Once completed by a doctor, the form MUST be uploaded into Dragonfly. Forms are available in the high school office, from your coaches or HERE. There is also other information in Dragonfly that MUST be updated by August 1 as well. Dragonfly shows the year and it will turn green and say READY when all is completed.
Dragonfly is the portal every athlete must have an account in to participate in athletics. Information must be updated annually on each athlete. To access Dragonfly, go to www.max.dragonflyathletics.com. Dragonfly also has an app for your phone!
